Here we go....week 8 begins!

Week 9 had it's challenges of recovery and managed just 4 days of cardio.......this week calories will drop to 960 keeping everything else the same, I see a lot of gum chewing in my future!!!  Rest will be my main focus outside of training as I will start to focus on posing in the up coming weeks.

No highlights to report for training this past week, I tried to conserve energy to prepare for the last half of my show prep.  A quick thank you to everyone for all your positive support, cheers!
