10 weeks to Yorton Cup, seriously!!
Round two. Today marks 10 weeks to the Yorton Cup, which will be held in Bethesda, MD October 29th, Hubby and I will compete together!! This last week of sheer food bliss was everything and also disappointing......when you diet for an extended period of time, the foods that you crave so intensely never live up to your imagination or taste buds, however, there are exceptions....
Five Guys, hands down best burger and fries
Apple Fritter from Shopper's - seriously colossal
Brownie Sundae from Jo Jo's, need I say more
Swirl Margarita's from Uncle Julio's
Dixie Bone's ribs, cornbread, greens, oh and sweet potato pie
Buzz' energy bars
Chelsea's oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
Laura's Junk Food
Amy's cornmeal crust pizza, best part - eating it all in one sitting!
Back to training today.....after all that gorging I had every intention of benching at least 135 today, which I did but only one time....LOL coach had to spot me the rest! I need to be leaner for Yorton, so everyone back to cardio - double time.
Before I forget....I weighed 129 this am (just for you Eli)!!!
